                                                                         Sales Manager

Position Requirements:
The Sales Manager will have the overall responsibility for all the sales activities in assigned Solutions/Services and Customer segments.
Main responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Present and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Actively contributing to the growth of the company by attracting new clients;
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies;
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree from an accredited institution in the area of Marketing, Business Administration, IT or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following fields: Banking Services, IT Services, Consulting Services
  • Fluency in English and strong PC literacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm and sales oriented personality.
  • Target Orientation, Self Motivation, Determination, Flexibility, Team Work Skills
