For the 9th consecutive year, the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service organizes the most acclaimed customer centric awards in the Greek market, the National Customer Service Awards 2018. The awards aim at increasing the diffusion of knowledge across the companies, at highlighting the best practices, and, ultimately, at enhancing the customer service.
Mellon Technologies sponsors the awards ceremony which will be held on the 13th of December at the Athens Concert Hall with the participation of three finalists per each of the eleven categories.
As far as the procedure is concerned, all of the participants submitted their entry through a secure online platform in November and the finalists are invited to present their entry in front of the awards jury. The jury of each category consists of three judges (one academic, one CEO and one senior customer service officer) and one substitute judge.
