For the second time in Greece, the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service Institute (EIEP) celebrates the National Customer Service Week, with the participation of more than 80 companies, including Mellon Technologies.
The participating companies organize internal and external actions, with a threefold goal: to educate the public on issues related to the quality of customer service, to creatively engage with their employees and customers and to reward good service practices.
The Customer Service Week is celebrated in more than 60 countries around the world, aiming at highlighting the vital role of Customer Service, as well as at rewarding people who work every day to service and support the customer.
