A Gold and two Silver Awards for Mellon Technologies
at Cloud Computing Awards 2023
Athens, 20 June 2023 – Mellon Technologies and National Bank of Greece scooped three awards at the Cloud Computing Awards 2023. In particular, the companies won the Gold award in the "Cloud Project for Banking Industry" category for the NBG’s Contact Center Cloud Migration Project – On-prem transition to Cloud. At the same time, they won two more Silver awards in the "SaaS Product for Customer Services / CRM” and “SaaS Provider in Banking & Fintech industry”.
The awards have been awarded to Mellon Technologies and National Bank of Greece for their collaboration in succeeding a major project of NBG’s digital transformation. The Contact Center Cloud Migration Project – On-prem transition to Cloud, focused on the digital advancement of the company’s Genesys Pure Engage contact centre to the Cloud, aiming at flexibility and scalability, with this all-in-one contact centre solution to deliver faster, smarter and more personalised experiences. The know-how and experience of Mellon, in cloud platforms with the collaboration of NBG’s Digital Transformation Department, resulted on the successful implementation of the project, achieving the seamless operation and secure migration of the company’s contact centre in the innovative Genesys Cloud CX platform.
The goal of the Cloud Computing Awards 2023 powered by Office Line, which was organized for the third consecutive year by BOUSSIAS Events, recognize businesses, organizations and IT service providers that stood out for their effective management of their business activities, distinguished themselves for projects as well as for innovative ones their practices and showed the right way, successfully and efficiently, in the industry.
