The Greek companies of the Group (Mellon Technologies, Mellon Contact Services and Mellon Employment Services), have recently been certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 international standards.
ISO 9001:2015
The standard sets out the criteria for a Quality Management System, based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Adhering to the ISO 9001:2015 requirements helps ensure that our clients get consistent quality products and services.
ISO 27001:2013
The Information Security Management System preserves the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information by applying a risk management process and gives confidence to interested parties that risks are adequately managed. The implementation of such a standard is helping us manage the security of all assets including financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted to Mellon by third parties. At Mellon, we have integrated the information security management system to the organization’s processes and overall management structure.

The assessment was carried by the independent Certification Body TÜV Austria Hellas, a member of TÜV Austria Group. The parent company is an accredited and notified Body to European Union with notification number 0408. TÜV Austria Hellas is accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.).
